1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Please ensure you provide the complete street address with the correct PIN code. We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
For international orders, we ship to select countries (please check at checkout for available destinations).
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:
• Domestic (India): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• International Orders: Processing time may take up to 3–5 business days, depending on destination and order volume.
Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (India):
• Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days from dispatch.
• Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary by PIN code, carrier partner, and current shipping conditions. Rural areas, Jammu & Kashmir, and other remote locations may require additional days.
International Shipping:
• Estimated delivery time is 15–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your location and the weight/size of the order.
• Free standard shipping on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the product/cart page).
• Flat or calculated shipping rates may apply below this threshold.
Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
Use the provided tracking number on our logistics partner’s website to check delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered due to reasons like the courier not being accepted, incorrect address, or absence at delivery:
• We will attempt one re-delivery, but additional charges may apply if the carrier charges for repeat delivery.
• We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incomplete address information provided at checkout.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control — such as weather delays, natural calamities, public holidays, or logistic disruptions. Please allow extra time for delivery in such cases.
